Our yearly workshops on ethical awareness are engaging, participatory sessions aimed at refreshing employees’ understanding of compliance risks, fostering familiarity with ARWADE’S Ethics and Compliance Program resources, and enhancing their ability to identify and address ethical or compliance challenges that may arise in their day-to-day responsibilities. These workshops, grounded in real-life scenarios, are strategically designed to permeate throughout the ARWADE global workforce, led by supervisors who facilitate the workshop sessions with their team members.

Throughout the workshop, managers choose scenarios that are most pertinent to the team’s responsibilities. These scenarios cover areas of risk such as appropriate use of company or customer resources, management of conflicts of interest, and safeguarding confidential information.
